Postpartum participants are encouraged to wait until at least six weeks after delivery, receive clearance from their healthcare provider, or choose to begin at their own discretion The Core Recovery Program is structured to be completed in 6 or more weeks, depending on your individual progress. You will have access to this course for up to six months after the day it was purchased. Each session is carefully crafted to guide you through exercises that strengthen your core and pelvic floor. The daily routines are designed to be quick, 10-20 minutes long, so you can complete them while your children are sleeping, at school, or distracted.
