This package includes a two page, printable, hospital bag checklist that includes lists for mom, dad, and the new baby. It consists of common items that most people bring with them to the delivery, as well as some items that might be included by the hospital. This package also contains a three page, printable, birth plan. It gives parents the opportunity to include information such as the mothers health history, prefered pediatricians, preferences during labor, delivery, and after delivery for mother and baby, and more that can easily be given to the doctor and nurses at the hospital.
